Sana

BSc Psychology (University of Bristol) · PGCert Low Intensity CBT Interventions (UCL)

Sana completed her BSc. Psychology degree from the University of Bristol, after which she worked in a private in-patient mental health unit, starting as a support worker and then moving to the Psychology Department as an Assistant Psychologist. Sana currently works as a Psychological Well-being Practitioner with NHS Talking Therapies following her completion of a PG Certificate in Low Intensity CBT Interventions at University College London. She supports clients to learn coping skills to manage common mild-moderate mental health difficulties like low mood and anxiety. The tools and techniques Sana uses in her coaching are those learned through her training, and that she teaches to clients as part of her mental health role, to support individuals to learn coping mechanisms and self-help skills that empower them to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
