Loading your cookie settings…

Cookies are small files saved on your phone, tablet or computer when you visit a website. Similar technologies (for example HTML5 local storage) can store information on your device in a similar way. Under UK law (PECR and UK GDPR), we must tell you what we use and get consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary.

We use local storage on this website to remember your cookie choices. Optional analytics and marketing / advertising cookies (including Meta and Google Ads tags, when enabled) are only set if you opt in. Meta Pixel and Google tag scripts are only injected into the page after that consent, and only if we have configured the relevant ad/analytics IDs.

We do not need to ask permission to use essential (strictly necessary) storage.

You can change analytics and marketing preferences using the settings at the top of this page, or via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Essential cookies and similar technologies

These are needed for the website or admin area to work. The service would not function correctly without them.

We do not currently set essential HTTP cookies on the public website. If we add any in future (for example for security or load balancing), we will list them here with name, purpose and expiry.

Analytics cookies (optional)

Analytics cookies (or similar technologies) help us understand how people use MindThryve so we can improve the website. The site works without them.

We only enable analytics if you choose Yes for analytics on this page or accept analytics in the cookie banner.

NameTypeWhere setPurposeExpires
(none active yet)Reserved for privacy-respecting analytics (for example Google Analytics 4, if enabled). Will only run after you consent. Exact cookie names and expiry will be listed here when switched on.

Marketing / advertising cookies (optional) — Meta and Google Ads

If we run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads or Google Ads, we may place marketing cookies or similar tags (pixels) on this website to:

  • measure whether ads led to visits, waitlist sign-ups or bookings
  • understand which campaigns work
  • limit how often you see our ads
  • (where allowed) show MindThryve ads to people who visited our site, or build lookalike audiences

These are not strictly necessary. The website works without them. We only load Meta Pixel / Google Ads tags after you consent to marketing cookies (Accept all, or Yes for marketing on this page).

Typical cookies / storage these tools may set when enabled (exact set can vary by product configuration):

Meta acts as an advertising partner. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Google acts as an advertising partner. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Ads settings.

When we switch a specific Pixel or Ads tag on, we will keep this table accurate (including any additional cookie names our configuration actually sets).

Functional cookies

We do not currently use separate functional cookies (for example remembering display preferences between visits beyond your cookie choice).

Cookies we do not set without consent

  • We do not set optional analytics or marketing cookies before you consent
  • We do not use pre-ticked boxes or treat “continued browsing” as consent
  • We do not sell cookie or local-storage data
  • Links to our Instagram, Facebook or YouTube pages are ordinary outbound links. They do not by themselves load Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags. Those tags only load if you consent to marketing cookies and we have enabled the tools

How we ask for consent

On your first visit we show a cookie banner with:

  • Accept all — allow analytics and marketing (when those tools are available)
  • Reject all — essential storage only
  • Manage preferences — choose analytics and marketing separately

Accept and Reject are shown with equal prominence. You can change your mind at any time on this page or via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Changing settings in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. Clearing site data for MindThryve will also clear local storage (including your cookie preference), so we may ask again on your next visit.

You can also use platform tools such as Your Online Choices, Meta Ad Preferences, and Google Ads Settings.

Changes to this page

We will update this page when we add or remove cookies or similar technologies. If we start using a new non-essential category or intrusive tracking we have not used before, we will ask for consent again where required. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
