Coaching

One-to-one wellbeing coaching

Start with a short initial assessment so we can understand your situation, check whether coaching is a good fit, and agree clear next steps — before any longer programme of support.

Initial assessment

Your first session

The first appointment is a focused assessment call with the coach. It is designed to explore what you are experiencing, consider whether wellbeing coaching is appropriate, and outline your wellness plan for what comes next.

  • Review of your current concerns and goals
  • Consideration of your present mental state and suitability for coaching
  • Discussion of recommended next steps and a personalised wellbeing plan

Fee

£10

Minimal fee for the initial assessment only

Duration

20–30 minutes

Further sessions, if recommended, are arranged separately. Their number, focus and cost are confirmed after the assessment and shared with you in writing.

How booking works

There is no card payment on the website. You request a time first; payment and confirmation follow by email.

Step 1

Request a slot

Choose an available date and time and tell us briefly what you would like support with.

Step 2

Coach review

The coach reviews your request. Our team then contacts you to confirm next steps.

Step 3

Payment by email

If the coach accepts your request, we email the coaching agreement and £10 payment details. Reply with the signed agreement and proof of payment; meeting details follow after that.

Step 4

Plan after assessment

Following the call, the coach outlines recommended next steps — including how many further sessions may help and what they would cover. Any ongoing fees are confirmed separately based on that plan.

What we can support

Coaching focuses on practical, evidence-informed skills for everyday wellbeing — not clinical diagnosis or crisis care.

  • Worry, anxiety and uncertainty
  • Low mood and rebuilding daily routine
  • Relaxation and sleep habits
  • Unhelpful thoughts, panic and phobias
